The Cat-O'-Lantern was a limited edition Halloween decoration in FarmVille. It was available for 17 days between October 15, 2009 and November 1, 2009. It was re-released between October 15 and 28, 2010.
The decoration has an initial cost of 40,000 coins, and awards 400 XP for the purchase. It can be resold for 2,000 coins. When originally released, it had an initial cost of 1,200 coins, and awarded 12 XP for the purchase.
When Black Cats were introduced to the game, feed stories said that it was looking for its friend, who likes hiding in Jack-O'-Lanterns.
