This is a new flower crop, and since it has no “countdown timer” on it, we can assume that it is a permanent addition to the Market. It is currently available on both farms – Home as well as English Countryside.
UPDATE: It seems as though FarmVille got slightly ahead of itself with the release of this crop! We now know that Majestic Roses can be unlocked once you invite 16 guests to your Royal Wedding Party.
Once you have enough guests attending your party, you will receive your permit to plant Majestic Roses. This permit will allow you to plant this crop for the next 31 days only. (Thank you to FarmVille Freak Moo- for this info
