The long-rumored Super Crops seem to be making their way to FarmVille tonight in a slowly rolling update, meaning that everyone will soon receive the update that contains the new Super Crops, but only select farmers have it at the moment. If you do not have the new feature yet, you will have to wait a while before it is made available.
Not every Crop is currently available to be planted as a Super Crop. As it stands, only the Cotton, Watermelon, Yellow Melon, Strawberry, Pumpkin, Bell Pepper, Pepper, Pink Aster, Cranberry, and Grape Crops have Super Crop equivalents at this time. The art is slightly different, showing a beefier version of each Crop. In order to plant them, you will need to have Mastered their regular incarnations that are currently available on the Market.
