The Sartre Guava Tree can now be found in Mystery Seedlings that you get from your friends, and can be placed in your Orchards to work on mastery.
Generally, unreleased trees begin to appear in seedlings a couple of days before they're actually released in the FarmVille Market, so we're going to guess this will be available for everyone to purchase beginning Sunday evening.
