As much as we really do love to help everyone with their FarmVille issues, it would really help us if you would first attempt the following steps before contacting us. Often times, these are the fixes.
1. Refresh your farm.
2. Close browser and re-open.
3. Open farm in FB or FV.com, whichever one you were NOT in.
4. Log completely out of FB & FV, close browser, then re-open.
5. Clear cache (temporary internet files & cookies)
6. Turn computer off, then on again. (Reboot)
7. Use a different browser.
If none of these steps work to fix your problem, depending on where your problem stems from, you may simply need to contact Zynga Customer Service or report the problem to Facebook.
