FarmVille and Zynga will soon be releasing the 2nd Animal Habitat, The Pet Run! You can see below that there will be 6 quests and items needed for the quests. Some of the items include Petitions, Pacifiers, Pet Beds, Shady Trees, Scratch Posts and more. It also appears the Black Rabbit and Sealpoint Rabbits will be rewards.
